Core & Strength Summer Special

14 sessions or 1 session a week for months June-August. This group training program is for any student athletes ages 13-18. Once or twice per week, Core and Strength Performance for Athletes focuses on functional strength training that is core centric. The workouts will improve overall strength, balance, and flexibility. The program will elevate the athletes functional ability while decreasing chances of injury in his or her sport.
